Respect
Everyone representing SYNC is expected to treat teammates, staff, opponents, and the community with professionalism and respect.
About SYNC E-Sports
SYNC E-Sports began with two friends and a shared vision: to build something bigger than themselves and create an organization where the people behind the name actually matter.
Our Story
Built through a shared belief that esports organizations can demand excellence without losing sight of the people who make them possible.
SYNC E-Sports was created by Prox and Rage because they wanted to build something different from what they were seeing throughout the esports scene.
They did not want to create another organization focused only on having a logo, picking up players, entering tournaments, and moving on when things became difficult. They wanted to build an organization where people actually mattered.
SYNC was founded around the belief that players, staff, coaches, creators, and everyone involved should have an opportunity to grow, earn their position, and become part of something bigger than themselves.
From the beginning, SYNC was meant to be more than a name attached to a competitive roster. The goal was to create an organization where players can compete, improve, represent something they are proud to be part of, and know the people beside them are invested in their success.
Competition is at the heart of what we do, but it is not the only thing that defines us.
Nobody should be handed a position because of their name or connections, and nobody should be counted out simply because they are still developing. At SYNC, opportunity is earned through effort, commitment, accountability, and the willingness to improve.
We want everyone who represents SYNC to understand that they represent more than themselves. Leadership is expected to hold people accountable, but leadership is also expected to hold itself to that same standard.
SYNC is not just a team or a Discord server. It is a community, a family, and a long-term vision.
Our Mission
To build a competitive esports organization where talent and determination are given the opportunity to develop, positions are earned through performance and commitment, and every player, staff member, coach, and creator understands the responsibility that comes with representing SYNC.
What We Stand For
The principles we expect to be reflected in our leadership, teams, players, staff, and community.
01
Everyone representing SYNC is expected to treat teammates, staff, opponents, and the community with professionalism and respect.
02
Positions are earned. Players and staff are responsible for their performance, preparation, behavior, and commitment, and leadership is held to that same standard.
03
Talent should have a path to develop. SYNC believes people deserve the opportunity to grow, prove themselves, and work toward greater competitive or leadership roles.
04
Success takes work. SYNC values the people willing to practice, learn, improve, support their team, and continue building when progress is difficult.
Leadership
The leadership team responsible for guiding the organization, supporting its members, and building what comes next.
Owner
Founder and organizational lead responsible for the long-term direction, identity, and growth of SYNC E-Sports.
Co-Owner
Co-founder helping guide organizational decisions, competitive direction, and the continued development of SYNC.
Chief of Operations

Manager
Supports roster coordination, team operations, communication, and the day-to-day management of SYNC competitive teams.
We are not interested in being defined by where we started.
We are focused on where we are going.
Our Vision
The goal is not short-term attention. The goal is to build something capable of growing, competing, and lasting.
Our goal is to build SYNC into a legitimate and respected esports organization capable of competing at the highest level.
We want to develop players and staff, build successful content creators, compete at major LAN events, establish meaningful sponsorships and partnerships, and eventually expand beyond Call of Duty into multiple competitive titles.
More importantly, we want to build a system where someone can join SYNC with nothing more than talent, determination, and the willingness to work, and have a real path toward the highest levels of competition or leadership.
There will be wins, losses, changes, mistakes, successes, and challenges along the way. Each one is another opportunity to learn, improve, and move the organization forward.
Every player, staff member, coach, creator, tournament, and person who believes in SYNC becomes another part of that journey.
We are not trying to become the biggest organization overnight.
We are trying to build an organization that will still be here years from now.
What We Are Building
The journey is still being written. Every person who represents SYNC has the opportunity to become part of what that name will eventually mean.
